  THE WORST FURNITURE STORE EVER. Here is is my experience at this location. My husband and I walked in because we were just purchasing a new home. We came in to get furniture. It was 2 people helping. One was a black women who was nice and pleasant and kind of seem like she was new and was just trying to do her job. Then you have some Spanish man who can’t even speak a little English to were any human can comprehend with. So as we walk around and spend about 3000 in this store we leave and felt very confident with what we had. Nonetheless here comes delivery day and this is were things go Wrong. They have 2 men they contracted out to move my furniture into my home and assemble it. These men come to my home slide my furniture up my steps scraped and dented my brand new construction home walls. Left like there was no issue after assembling the furniture. The very next day I call up to the store spoke with the none speaking English man and I briefly explained to him what happen. As he listen to me tell him everything, at the end he says it’s my responsibility. Ok so now I’m aggravated and feeling like why would someone ever spend money with this company. The worse is yet to come. Nonetheless I finally speak with someone from a different location and was explaining my story to all kinds of diffirent people who claim they would call back but never did. I called for almost 3 weeks and to finally here from a gentlemen last name Washington I believe. Nonetheless he set some people up to come out to my house. These people call me Saturday and say they are 30 minutes away. I canceled them because one the gentlemen never called me back to say this was going down so I can plan accordingly. 2 I was out picking my son up who is 7 and was an hour away from our home. So Sunday come and exactly the same thing happens. Nonetheless I call back on that Monday to schedule someone to come out to my home to fix my wall. Nonetheless I speak with a Spanish lady who set this time up and was rude and disrespectful to me. Saturday come around and I make sure I am home to have them come to my home. All plans was canceled this day. I get a call from this Spanish lady saying My men was outside for 1hr and now they are leaving. She said no one is home and my driver just saw you come home. I was like huh I’m so confused I been home all day she said no you was not. I said first of all I was. Second if your driver was waiting for an hour someone with some sense would have called as you do any other time. I can’t see someone sitting outside waiting for someone for an hour when you have other deliveries for the day and that there just seems like a waste she said well he is gone now. Nonetheless the driver knocks on my door while the lady is on the phone. I then let him in and she is yelling so loud telling me he only have 5 minutes. I said he has how ever long I want him to have in my home fixing my brand new walls that y’all seem to think don’t even matter. Stop hiring these contracting workers and get you someone who actually wants to get paid for a job well done and not just a job. Don’t ever disrespect me as a customer an adults a wife or mother in your life. I work hard for my money and not only did the chair that originally came was ripped and needed to be fixed but my walls as well. Watch out for these people they wear alot of different mask. I have no clue what sweat shop they running but I’m not in the bussiness to support them ever. These people are inconsiderate money hungry people. They can careless if they furniture you ordered is in one piece once they sale it to you it’s like who are you again. I will never buy from them again and recommend noone to EVER SHOP HERE. STAT FAR AWAY. Go to Ashley’s the same thing better service quality and considerate people. They purchase some of there pieces from Ashley so that says a lot already.
